At Namchak, we have a full path of offerings geared toward students at all levels. Search our guided audio meditations, read our blog, download recorded talks from our teachers, or learn more about Tibetan Buddhist practice.

Start your meditation practice with these simple guided meditations. Or find Namchak on SoundCloud® to stream our meditations directly from your phone. Go deeper: reserve your spot today in our free online course, Always Smiling: An Introduction to Tibetan Buddhist Practice.

When you’re on a journey, it’s best to have friends along! Find ways to connect with people in your geographical area, and come together in groups to practice meditation, talk together about the ideas and your experiences—your challenges and victories little and big—and share how mindfulness is enhancing your daily life.

Ever wonder if meditation and mindfulness could help decrease your stress, enhance your relationships, and add meaning in your life? Our live streams and recorded talks feature Western teachers and Tibetan masters discussing how the age-old tradition of Buddhist practice can help people find greater happiness in life.

Join Namchak staff and other meditation practitioners each weekday morning for a drop-in meditation session. Each morning, Namchak staff host a 20 minute meditation to provide the opportunity to meditate with others and start your day with the dharma.

Namchak is currently transcribing, translating, and printing original works from the ancient Tibetan Namchak lineage. These texts will soon be used for teaching, meditation practice, and retreat.
