14-Minute Round Robin Practice: Shamata & Loving Kindness

In this 14-minute guided meditation, Rachel Ashely will walk you through the preparation of body, speech, and mind, beginning with the 7-point posture. You will then engage in an abbreviated form of the Clearing of the Stale Winds practice, and then bring your intention into your heart-mind. For the main meditation, you will practice Shamata focused on breath and then move into Loving Kindness for yourself and others. Remember to dedicate the merit of your practice at the end of this session.
