Seeker's Path
Parenting as Practice
A Journey Through the Four Noble Truths for Families
About the Course
Tools and Practices for Navigating the Modern Challenges of Raising a Family
Parenting today comes with real constraints — limited time, limited community, limited resources, and often, limited access to the kind of spiritual support that helps us feel steady rather than stretched thin. Many parents are doing the most important work of their lives with the least amount of margin.
This four-week course uses the framework of the Four Noble Truths to help parents and caregivers find more peace and ease — both in caring for themselves and in caring for their children. In this course, we'll explore how this foundational Buddhist teaching speaks directly to the everyday reality of caregiving: the truth of struggle, its roots, the possibility of relief, and a workable path forward.
By the end of the program, participants will have a deeper understanding of where suffering comes from — and simple, sustainable tools to meet it with more steadiness, presence, and heart.
