Seeker’s Path

Reset & Renew

Spring, with its natural rhythm of renewal, is a wonderful time to reset, refresh, and ground ourselves in our intentions, practice, and communities.

About the Retreat

Immerse in Meditation and Community

Amidst the busyness of life, it’s easy to move through the world on autopilot. We benefit ourselves and those around us when we pause, slow down, and learn about the inner workings of our minds.

Reset and Renew invites participants to deepen self-awareness, cultivate genuine connection, and meet life’s challenges with greater ease and understanding. Whether new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, this retreat offers tools to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and resilience in your daily life. Participants will have ample time for solo practice, reflection, and community engagement.

Over this in-person weekend retreat, participants learn foundational Buddhist meditation practices like Loving Kindness (Metta), Compassion (Tonglen), Calm Abiding (Shamata), and relational practices called Sangha Skills. The learning takes place with the support and warmth of a like-minded community. This retreat is only offered in person to provide an immersive and focused environment free from distractions. Recordings will not be available to preserve the integrity of the retreat experience.
