Finding Comfort & Ease: Tibetan Yoga & Meditation Retreat

A Special Weekend of Tibetan Yoga and Meditation to Bring Natural Harmony to the Body, Breath, and Mind

Finding Comfort & Ease: Tibetan Yoga & Meditation Retreat

About the Retreat

Reconnecting Body, Breath, and Mind

In our busy modern lives, stress, distraction, and disconnection have become the norm. Many of us move through our days disconnected from our bodies and minds, longing for peace but unsure how to access it.

This weekend retreat interweaves the postures and movements of Kum Nye (koom nay) Tibetan Yoga with the focused awareness of Calm Abiding (Shamata) meditation. Kum Nye consists of gentle massage, breathing, postures, and movement exercises that heal body and mind by releasing blockages and allowing an unobstructed flow of energy. Kum Nye and Calm Abiding together have the ability to cultivate a sense of inner comfort and ease that flows naturally into meditation and daily life.

Participants will learn practical methods to harmonize body, breath, and mind, developing sensitivity and calm focus. The retreat provides embodied tools to transform tension into vitality, restlessness into awareness, and distraction into stillness.
