Seeker’s Path

Buddha, Dharma, Sangha

This five-day immersion invites you to delve into foundational Tibetan Buddhist meditation practices, explore the Dharma, and develop practical tools for relating more skillfully with sangha and yourself.

About the Retreat

A Journey of Body, Mind, and Spirit

On the journey to awakening, we can look at the Buddha as the guide, the Dharma as the roadmap, and the Sangha as our fellow travelers. We need all three of these precious gems to arrive at ‘destination enlightenment.’

During this five-day retreat, participants are immersed in the Three Jewels at the Namchak Retreat Ranch in Hot Springs, Montana. Namchak teachers, facilitators, and community partners will guide them to explore Buddhist dharma, meditation, Sangha Skills, permaculture, indigenous education, and tools for nervous system regulation. We will also experience the gift of being held by the beauty and solitude of the Namchak Retreat Ranch land, which supports our activities and exploration.

Participants will have opportunities to relate to the retreat teachings through the lens of their personal practice, the work they do in relationships and community, and their engagement with the world at large. Anchored in a daily meditation routine, participants also will be supported in cultivating the habit of daily practice and given tools to carry the insights (and friendships) from this immersion into their lives post-retreat.
