Sympathetic Joy Meditation
Lama Tsomo guides us through this Tibetan meditation to alleviate feelings of jealousy, comparison, and to help us create feelings of shared joy for others. In this traditional practice we can let go of afflictive emotions such as jealousy, anger or attachment. Through visualization we can begin to embody feelings of happiness and connection.
