Now that we’ve completed a week of meditation, Tsomo will introduce a simple and meaningful Tibetan compassion practice, called Tonglen. We’ll also read more about the Buddha and his teachings, and start exploring some of our habits, opportunities, and challenges in the eCourse journal.

This week, Khen Rinpoche shares his life story and discusses how negative emotions hold us back. Tsomo introduces a special bit of Tibetan technology to help kick start our meditation practice and really settle the mind for meditation.
