The Missoula Learning Circle meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 12:15-1:15 in downtown Missoula. Our meetings are free and open to all. The general structure of each gathering starts with a meditation, followed by check-ins and a discussion about our practices and everyday life. We come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. All are welcome – including all levels of experience with practice. Our goal is to build a supportive meditative network of friends with the ultimate goal of living happier, more fulfilled lives.

The Santa Fe Meditation Circle offers an opportunity to practice mindful breathing, movement, and meditation in order to build emotional intelligence skills such as self-awareness, self-management, and empathy and compassion. The group gathers weekly on Tuesday nights from 8-9pm near the downtown area of Santa Fe, NM. The general structure of each gathering begins with a personal check-in, followed by a breathing or movement practice, silent sit, and concludes with a guided loving-kindness meditation. The circle does not have a single facilitator, rather whomever comes to the circle regularly and would like to convene the circle is welcome to do so.

Meditation Without Borders is a virtual Learning Circle that meets every other Sunday morning at 9am MT for one hour to discuss how our meditation practice is helping us live a more mindful, compassionate, and loving life. We are from different countries and for some of us, English is not our first language.

Our circle currently meets every 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month from 7-8pm MST via Zoom video platform. The purpose of this circle is to build and sustain a supportive community of meditators who will practice different forms of meditation and reflect on our practice together in order to live more mindful, peaceful, connected, and compassionate lives. We are based out of Albuquerque, NM, but our members’ locations range from New Zealand and Hawaii to San Francisco and North Carolina! We are looking to host a physical meditation circle in addition to our virtual circle as soon as we gather enough interested meditators in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area, and we would also like to eventually increase our meeting time to twice a month (2nd & 4th Mondays).
